2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website iamnue.com, together with the liabilities arising from its use.
The conditions applicable to the sale of products are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy. Both documents supplement this notice and prevail over it in their respective subject matters.
3. Conditions of access and use
Access to the website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network contracted by the user.
Browsing the website confers the status of user and entails acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice in the version published at the time of access.
Certain services may require prior registration or the placing of an order, in which case they are subject to their own specific conditions.
4. User obligations
Users undertake to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this legal notice, and shall refrain in particular from:
a) Using the contents for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to third parties.

Links from third-party sites. The establishment of links to iamnue.com does not imply any relationship, collaboration or endorsement between the owner and the operator of the linking site. The total or partial reproduction of the contents, and the display of the website within frames or environments belonging to third parties, are not authorised.
7. Exclusion of liability
The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the website by users, nor for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the liability incumbent upon the owner as seller in consumer relations, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and with consumer protection legislation, which is not limited by this legal notice.
Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury is not excluded in any case.
8. Website availability
The owner endeavours to keep the website continuously operational but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions arising from maintenance work, technical incidents or causes beyond its control.
The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access, as well as to alter the presentation, configuration and contents of the website, without prior notice.
9. Data protection
The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
That policy sets out the data controller, the purposes, the legal bases, the retention periods, the recipients and the procedure for exercising your rights.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute relating to the use of the website, where the user qualifies as a consumer the competent court shall be that of the user's domicile, without this limiting the rights afforded to the user by the mandatory legislation of their country of residence.
In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of A Coruña, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
