General return conditions

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

If you receive an item without a tag or with a defect, you have up to two days to notify us via email at: [email protected].

Shoes must be returned with their dust bag and original box inside a shipping box.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, cosmetics, or swimwear.

If an item has a defect, we will try to repair it. If that is not possible or if it is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Store voucher do not expire and can be used online or in our A Coruña store.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank account. Please note that during peak seasons, this may take up to 7 business days. PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days.
How to make an online return

To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected], and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Once your return is approved, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to ensure the items reach our warehouse.

Follow the provided instructions and choose the shipping carrier of your preference. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and including all required documentation with the label RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE to avoid customs delays for international returns. Please note that you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to make sure it doesn’t get lost.

Unfortunately, final sale items are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.
Order cancellations & refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you made an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds are issued as store voucher or to the original payment method.

In-store returns

If you made a purchase in-store, you can return it within 14 days in our physical store in exchange for store voucher.
