Returns

- Iamnue has a return policy of any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

- Be returned with original tags and packaging.

Intimate apparel and swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Iamnue reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.

Simply navigate to your account’s Order History page to request a return authorization and return instructions.

Please note, return label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

It's important that returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Any return paperwork and the outer packaging must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent the parcel being held in customs or refused on delivery, in other case the total taxes and duties will be deducted from the original card used to place your order.

If you are interested in exchange an item/s or buy a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.iamnue.com.

We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, for that reason we are not able to cancel any order. 

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or as store credit to your Iamnue online account.

All sale or discounted orders are considered as final sale and in case of return will be credited with store credit valid to use at www.iamnue.com

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
